摘要
本文建立了同时考虑钢丝绳长度差及绳轮半差时的弹性衬垫磨损的微分方程式;并由此得到了衬垫绳槽稳定磨损的条件;在微机上对弹性衬垫磨损量进行了计算;最后将结果与实验进行了相应的比较,证明了计算结果的正确性.
The paper establishes the general differential equations about elastic liner wear problem of mult-rope friction hoist considering the differences of rope's length and rope grooves. The conditions to keep steady operation have been obtained by means of Liapunov second method. The quantity of elastic liner wear has been calculated with computer and finally comparison is made between analysis and experimentresults prove correct.
