摘要
采用免疫组织化学方法，研究ｒａｓ－Ｐ２１蛋白在８６例肺癌中的表达。结果表明：Ｐ２１蛋白表达总阳性率为７３．５％，其中鳞癌为７６．５％，在腺癌中表达为６４．６％，提示Ｐ２１蛋白是肺癌的一个较好的标志物。在鳞癌和腺癌之间以及肺腺癌各亚型之间，Ｐ２１蛋白的表达无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），在高、中、低分化肺癌之间阳性率依次降低，但三者无显著性差异。同时Ｐ２１蛋白表达与肿瘤大小（ＰＴ）。
The expression of oncogene protein P21 in 86 cases of lung Cancer was studied with S-P immunostaining method using anti-P21 protein monoclon antibody.The resut is showed that the Positive rate was 76.4% in squamous Cell carcinoma,and 64.6% in adenocarcinoma,The total positivc rate was 73.5%,There was no statistically difference bctween thc three groups (p>0.05).At the same time,there was me correlation of P21 p21 protein expression wreh tumor-Node-Metastasic classification.
