摘要
综述了热疗对肿瘤细胞及肿瘤组织的致伤机制。高热可以直接促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡，加强凋亡相关基因的表达。在整体条件下，高热还可以从细胞代谢。
Therapeutic effect of hyperthermia on tumor and its mechanism were reviewed. Hyperthermia could cause apoptosis of tumor cells and strengthen expression of apoptosis associated gene. In vivo, hyperthermia could inhibit the growth of tumor in multiple ways such as affecting metabolism, microenvironment and blood supply of tumor.
