摘要
报道8例副神经节瘤,并1258例文献报道的副神经节瘤复习.着重讨论了副神经节起源肿瘤临床、病理改变与生物学行为的关系.发现副神经节瘤发生部位、体积大小不同,其生物学行为有较大差异,腹膜后肾上腺外副神经节瘤的恶性率最高.
This article reports 8 cases of paraganglioma and reviews 1258 cases seen in the literatures. It stresses the discussion of the relationship between the clinical and pathological changes can the biological behaviors of the tumors originating from paragasnglion and emphasizes that their biological behaviors have considerable differences according to their localities and sizes. The malignant rate is highest in rctropertoncal cxtrasuprarcnal paraganglioma.
