摘要
对于我国汽车制造企业来说,由于售后服务体系相对落后,信息化建设也才刚刚起步,一些企业特别是中小型汽车制造企业,其售后服务还存在着供应链上下游信息交流不通畅、信息化建设水平低等问题。
Many domestic automobile manufacturers, mid and small-sized enterprises in particular, are going through many problems like unsmooth information exchange among supplier chain and poor informationization construction, since our after service system is relatively lagging behind.
