摘要
以慈竹的成熟胚为外植体,在含有6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.3 mg.L-1+蔗糖3%+0.7%琼脂的MS培养基上诱导丛芽。将这种丛芽培养于含有6-BA 4.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.3 mg.L-1+KT 0.5mg.L-1+蔗糖3%+0.7%琼脂的MS增殖培养基可分化出丛生芽。生根培养基为含NAA 2.0 mg.L-1+IBA 2.0 mg.L-1+蔗糖2%+0.7%琼脂的1/2MS培养基。
Using the mature embryos of Neosinocalmus affinis (Rendle) McClure as explants, bud cluster was induced in Ms medium containing 6-BA 2.0 mg· L^-1 +NAA 0. 3 mg · L^-1+sucrose 3%+0. 7% agar. They differentiated in the Ms proliferation medium containing 6-BA 4.0 mg · L^-1+NAA 0.3 mg · L^-1+KT 0.5 mg · L^- 1+sucrose 3%+0.7% agar. For the rooting medium was 1/2 Ms medium with NAA 2.0 mg · L^-1 +IBA 2.0 mg · L^-1 +sucrose 2%+0.7% of the agar.
