摘要
目的:取家兔血浆作为灌流液,用于离体肾的实验研究,为该方法在我国更广泛地开展提供实验依据。方法:20只健康家兔分为血清、全血和血浆稀释液三组。经左肾动脉插管、离体、缺血和再灌流,分别检测各组肾的尿生成情况和超微结构的变化。结果:血浆稀释液组的肾脏尿生成时间可达1.53±0.77小时,平均尿量为1.82±1.65ml·min-1。肉眼未见明显肾肿胀。电镜下可见肾小球滤过膜和肾小管上皮细胞结构的损害明显轻于全血稀释组。结论:自体血浆可作为一种常规灌流液用于离体肾的实验研究。
Objective:To study the feasibility of using autologous plasma as Perfusion fluid for isolated kidney.Methods:Twenty healthy rabbits were divided into 3 groups:of diluted serum, of blood,and of plasma. After the duct was inserted into the left renal artery, the kidney was isolated, ischendc, and reperfuosed,and the urine production and the ultrastractural changes were examined.Results:In the diluted plasma group,the continuous time of urine prodction was 1.53±0.77 hours ,and the urine volume was 1. 85±1.65ml/min (x±s). Macroscopically, there was no reInarable kidney edema. The daxnag of glomemlar filtration membrane and tubular epithelium was much lighter than the other groups under electrmicroscope. Conclusion:wne results showed that the rabbit's autologous plasma could be used as a cmmon perfusion fluid for the isolated kidney experiment.
