摘要
目的为了提高重复性呼吸机管道及附件的消毒质量，探讨呼吸机管道及附件的消毒方法。方法选择在ICU、急诊室等科室120套患者使用过呼吸机管道及附件，随机分对照组和研究组，对2组呼吸机管道及附件进行细菌学检测。结果研究组消毒后的呼吸机管道及附件与对照组进行细菌学检测差异明显。结论对呼吸机管道及附件的消毒方法进行研究是有必要的。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the method of disinfection and sterilization of ventilator tubes and accessories in order to increase the sterilization quality of them. Methods 120 ventilator tubes and accessories from ICU and emergency department were randomly dividied into the control group and the study group. Bacteriologic tests were conducted in the two groups. Results There was signrticant diiterence in bacteriologic tests between the two groups. Conclusions It is necessary to research into sterilization method of ventilator tubes and accessories.
