摘要
目的：探讨使用丹参注射液对消化道吻合愈合的作用。方法：对２６０例消化道吻合术的病人，术后第１天起给予丹参注射液０．４ｍｌ／ｋｇ体重，静脉滴注，每日１次，连续用药１４天，观察吻合口瘘与狭窄的发生率、检查甲皱微循环。结果：吻合口瘘与狭窄的发生率明显降低。结论：丹参可通过增加吻合口局部毛细血管开放、扩张管径、增加血流速度、改善组织液循环的作用，促进吻合口愈合并抑制吻合口瘢痕的过度增生。
Objective:To study the healing effect of the injection of Dan Shen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)on anastomotic stoma of digestive tract.Methods:260 patients were given intravenous drip of Dan Shen Injection one day after their anastomosis,0.4 ml/kg of their body weight,once daily for 14 days.Fistula and narrowing were observed and microcirculation of nail folds was detected.Results:Obviously fewer cases of fistula and narrowing occurred.Conclusion:Due to the functions of expanding the local capillaries,widening the blood vessels,accelerating blood flow and promoting circulation of tissue fluid,Dan Shen can help to heal the anastomotic stoma and check the overgrowing of scars at the opening.
