摘要
V型推力杆是空气悬架导向杆系中常用型式之一,为研究其静态和动态特性,用ADAMS多体动力学软件建立了整车虚拟样机,并对V型推力杆在极限转弯工况下的载荷进行了计算;将计算结果作为有限元分析的初始边界条件,在ABAQUS中进行了静态强度分析,获得了其变形及应力分布情况。此外还利用ABAQUS对其进行了模态分析,给出了其前八阶固有频率和振型,所得结果为V型杆结构的设计及改进提供了理论依据。
To study the static & dynamic performances of V-type propelling rod which is one type of the guiding mechanisms ,extreme turn condition of the V-type rod was simulated using the multi-body dynamic software. Then the static analysis was carried out with ABAQUS to obtain the distortion and stress characteristics of V-type rod,and then the ADAMS simulating results were taken as the initial conditions. Furthermore, the first 8 order modal frequencies and inherence vibration models were got by the modal analysis of V-type propelling rod, which provided an effective basis for designing and optimizing the V-type rod.
