摘要
许多细胞都能合成和分泌MMPs和TIMPs,它们参与ECM的降解,在创伤修复、组织重塑、瘢痕形成和其它一些疾病中发挥了重要的作用。MMPs和TIMPs的合成及分泌受生长因子等许多因素的调控。这些因子相互作用是复杂的,它们可能从基因的转录、表达。
