摘要
依据套筒式石灰窑的热工理论,对梅山新事业公司的石灰窑进行了热工测试和运行状况分析。测试分析表明,现有石灰窑在气体流动、供热分配以及窑体压力控制方面与套筒式石灰窑的热工要求有较大差距。查明了石灰窑热工操作上存在的问题,为套筒式石灰窑的有效运行提出了改进方案。
According to the sleeve thermal limekiln theory ,the thermodymanic testing and analysing were carried out for Meishan new career corporation limekiln. The results presented that the status of gas flow, the distribution of heat supplying and the pressure controlling could not fit for the operating request. The existing problems on the hot lime kiln workers operating were identified.The scheme of improving the sleeve-type limekiln run was brought forward.
