摘要
理念是指思想、理论、原则、理想、信念和贯穿于行动当中的观念形态。在价值层面上,我国政府公共信息服务理念变迁的轨迹主要表现为中国共产党的政府公共信息服务理论的发展。在事实层面上,我国政府公共信息服务理念变迁的轨迹主要表现为我国政府公共信息服务理念逐步从为政府服务理念转变到为政府服务与为民服务结合理念。
Idea means thought, theory, principle, ideal, conviction and the form of concept through action. The orbit of the idea＇s changes of government public information service in our country are mainly shown as the development of the theory of government public information service of the CPC in value aspect. The orbit of the idea＇s changes of government public iniormation service in our country are mainly shown that he idea of government public information service changes from the idea of serving government to the combined idea of serving government and serving the people in fact aspect.
