摘要
本文以蚕豆、洋葱、绿豆根尖为材料,以不同浓度环磷酰胺(CP)为诱变剂,测定这三种植物根尖细胞的微核率.结果表明:1.0μg/ml至100.0μg/ml各浓度组诱发下,蚕豆根尖细胞的微核率明显高于绿豆根尖细胞的微核率(P<0.001),也高于洋葱根尖细胞的微核率(P<0.001).
We used the root tops of horsebean,onion and gram as material,cytoxan of different concentrations as the mutagen to determine their rats of micronucleus. The results show that the rat of micronucleus of the horsebean is by far higher than it of the gram and onion (P<0.01).
