摘要
对任给的一个全稳定Q—矩阵,本文给出了存在常返Q过程的充要条件以及常返Q过程唯一的充要条件.
For any Q-matrix,we obtain the sufficient and necessary conditions for exis-tence and uniqueness of recurrent Q process.
