摘要
目的了解昆明市暗娼人群的规模及分布情况,掌握该人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率及性病艾滋病行为危险因素。方法采用普查法对暗娼人群规模进行估计,用国家暗娼人群综合监测调查问卷进行艾滋病知识知晓率和行为危险因素调查。结果本次调查估计昆明市暗娼人数为10196人(9488～10903人),艾滋病知识知晓率为90.7%,最近一个月商业性行为安全套使用率为71.7%,最近一年干预措施覆盖率为96.2%。结论应进一步加大对暗娼人群的干预力度,扩大有效干预措施的覆盖面。
Objective To investigate FCSWs＇ scale and distribution, their knowledge awareness rate and behavior risk factors on HIV/ AIDS and STDs. Methods Census was used in FCSWs population scale estimating. National FCSWs population comprehensive surveillance questionnaire was used for the knowledge awareness and behavior risk factor survey. Results The estimated number of FCSWs in Kunming is 10,196（9,488 - 10,903 ）. The HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness rate of them is 90.7%. Condom using rate is 71.7% during their commercial dealing in the lately, month. Coverage of effective intervention measures is 96.2% in the last year. Conclusion The intervention work on FCSWs population should be strengthened. The coverage of effective intervention measures for them should be widened.
