年轻妇女子宫内膜不典型增生的孕激素治疗——附36例分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的分析孕激素治疗对年轻妇女子宫内膜不典型增生的疗效。方法36例年轻妇女子宫内膜不典型增生患者采用孕激素治疗后进行疗效评估。结果药物治疗3月后,总治愈率为80.6%(29/36),其中轻度子宫内膜不典型增生(EAH)治愈率为100.0%(14/14),中度为73.3%(11/15),重度为57.1%(4/7)。未好转者继续用药3月,其中4例中度EAH转化为萎缩期内膜,3例由重度EAH转化为中度EAH的病例转为分泌期或萎缩内膜,1例重度EAH病例继续用药6月后子宫内膜病变萎缩,治愈率达100.0%。但随诊2年后又有2例中度、2例重度EAH复发,1例重度EAH 3年后转为癌。结论对于年轻妇女子宫内膜不典型增生患者采用孕激素药物治疗安全有效,但需密切随访。
