摘要
以田间生长的鲁白8号大白菜为试材,研究了光下酶及叶绿素荧光对其叶片光合机构的保护作用。结果表明,MDA含量一日间随PFD的增加而增加,同时SOD、CAT与POD的活性也随PFD的增加而增强,Fv与Fv/Fm却随PFD的增加呈明显的低谷曲线,表明光下大白菜叶片发生膜脂过氧化。但SOD、CAT与POD可积极作用,清除有毒物质MDA,同时叶绿素荧光可能耗散部分光能,减轻过强光照对膜的破坏作用。
In early heading stage of Chinese cabbage, diurnal variation of content of MDA and activities of SOD, CAT, POD and chlorophyll fluorescent parameters Fv and Fv/Fm were investigated with cultivar “Lubai No 8”under field contitions The results showed that the diurnal variation of MDA content and SOD, CAT and POD activities were singlepeak curves with an increment at 13:00 P M and chlorophyll fluorescent Fv and Fv/Fm were singlevalley curves Which indicate that SOD, CAT, POD and chlorophyll fluorescent may play important roles in protecting photosynthetic apparatus from the damaging effects of excessive light energy
