酶及叶绿素荧光对大白菜生长中光合作用的保护功能 被引量:1

The Role of SOD,CAT,POD and Chlorophyll Fluorescence in Protecting the Photosynthesis of Chinese Cabbage Leaves under Field Conditions

摘要 以田间生长的鲁白8号大白菜为试材,研究了光下酶及叶绿素荧光对其叶片光合机构的保护作用。结果表明,MDA含量一日间随PFD的增加而增加,同时SOD、CAT与POD的活性也随PFD的增加而增强,Fv与Fv/Fm却随PFD的增加呈明显的低谷曲线,表明光下大白菜叶片发生膜脂过氧化。但SOD、CAT与POD可积极作用,清除有毒物质MDA,同时叶绿素荧光可能耗散部分光能,减轻过强光照对膜的破坏作用。 In early heading stage of Chinese cabbage, diurnal variation of content of MDA and activities of SOD, CAT, POD and chlorophyll fluorescent parameters Fv and Fv/Fm were investigated with cultivar “Lubai No 8”under field contitions The results showed that the diurnal variation of MDA content and SOD, CAT and POD activities were singlepeak curves with an increment at 13:00 P M and chlorophyll fluorescent Fv and Fv/Fm were singlevalley curves Which indicate that SOD, CAT, POD and chlorophyll fluorescent may play important roles in protecting photosynthetic apparatus from the damaging effects of excessive light energy
