阿司匹林不同给药时间对轻度高血压患者血压的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨阿司匹林不同给药时间对血清一氧化氮(NO)值及血压的影响。方法共入选1级原发性高血压患者55例,随机分为100 mg阿司匹林醒后给药组(A组)、睡前给药组(B组)及空白对照组(C组),分别在治疗前和治疗1个月后测定空腹血清NO值及24h动态血压(ABPM)。结果B组治疗后,血清NO值明显升高(P<0.01),24 h SBP/24 h DBP、dSBP/dDBP、nSBP/nDBP明显下降(P<0.01),而A组及C组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论不同时间给予小剂量的阿司匹林对血压有不同影响,睡前服用阿司匹林可以升高血清NO值且降低血压,有预防心血管疾病之外的作用。
