摘要
建立了芩黄喉症胶囊中栀子苷含量的测定方法.色谱分析条件如下:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱,以甲醇-水溶液(25:75)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为240 nm,栀子苷的线性范围为4.8～19.2μg/mL,r=0.999 0.平均加标回收率为100.6%,相对标准偏差为1.1%.
A phase high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of geniposide in Qinhuang Houzheng capsule is established. The optimum chromatographic conditions were as follows： Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column was made use as the column,methanol-H2O was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1mL/min. The column temperature was at room temperature. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The result showed that the linear range of geniposide was in the range of 4.8-19.2 μg/mL,r =0.999 0, the average recovery was 100.6 %,RSD=1. 1%.
