摘要
铝土矿的溶出过程是一个相当复杂的物理化学反应过程,通过预焙烧可以显著改善铝土矿的溶出性能,焙烧使铝土矿的溶出动力学参数发生了大的改变。求取了铝土矿焙烧前后的溶出动力学方程,并分析了焙烧强化溶出的动力学机理。
Digestion of bauxite is a much complicated physicochemical reaction process. The digestibility of bauxite can be remarkably improved by preroasting bauxite. The kinetic parameters of original bauxite's digestion are different from those of roasted bauxite's. Both kinetic equations of digestion for original and roasted bauxite have been derived. The author have aslo analysed the mechanism of improving bauxite's digestion by preroasting bauxite.
