药物支架应用于冠状动脉介入治疗中的现状和前景 被引量:3

Current Situation and Perspective of Drug-Eluting Stents in Intracoronany Interventional Therapy

摘要 目前越来越多的冠状动脉性心脏病患者接受了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,药物支架也已成为介入治疗的焦点。通过对药物支架和裸支架的比较,指出了药物支架的特点和优势,以及药物支架发展至今其安全性的争议和研究进展,并预测了其未来的发展方向。随着药物支架的不断发展,介入心脏病学必将会迎来更多的革命。药物支架取代裸支架是一种必然的趋势,可降解支架的发展则是新的里程碑。 Currently, the number of patients with coronary artery disease undergoing percutanous coronary intervention is increasing. Drug-eluting stents have become the focus of this therapy. Through comparing and contrasting drug-eluting stents with metal bare stents, we will present the advantages, safety concerns, and future development of the drug-eluting stents.
