摘要
采用原位插层法制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,详细探讨了OMMT、催化剂、助催化剂、温度、水含量、聚合时间等因素对聚合的影响,并通过正交优化得到了最佳用量和配比。透射电镜(TEM)分析结果表明,在此工艺条件下制备的PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料,OMMT层间距被大大提高,片层被完全剥离。
PA6/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ intercalating polymerization. The detail effects of OMMT, catalyst, cocatalyst, temperature,water content, reaction time on polymerization were discussed. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal optimization. The PA6/OMMT nanocomposites were characterized by TEM. The results show that the galleries distance of OMMT are greatly increased and galleries are exfoliated completely.
