摘要
在AV85电动轴流风机的调试过程中发现润滑油系统在主油泵单独工作时不能满足机组需要,经过分析和计算,该润滑油系统存在主油泵配置、主油泵进油管道设计和更换等问题。在2008年的大修中,对该系统进行了相应改造,彻底解决了这一问题。
It found out that during commissioning of AV85 electric axial fan, the lubricant system could not meet the needs of the unit as the main oil pump worked indepen- dently. Analysis and calculation results indicated that there were problems in design and replacement of configuration of the main oil pump and sucker of the main oil pump. During overhaul in 2008, corresponding reconstruction was made on the system, which thoroughly solved the problem.
