摘要
目的建立复方血竭凝胶中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-0.3%冰醋酸(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0mL/min。结果阿魏酸在0.031～0.310μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为95.82%(RSD=0.63%)。结论此方法操作简便、可靠,重复性好,专属性强,能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Compound Xuejie Gels. Methods HPLC method was carried out on Zorbax SB-C18 （5μm, 4.6 mm× 250 mm）, with detection wavelength at 320 nm. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.3% aqueous acetic acid （35 ： 65）, the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.031-0.310 μg （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 95.82% （RSD=0.63%）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
