摘要
目的:评价耳穴贴压治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择60例稳定期COPD患者,以简单随机的方法分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,包括化痰、舒张支气管、常规护理等,治疗组除常规治疗外加耳穴贴压,分别观察症状、体征、评定生活质量圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)和肺功能。结果:临床证候改善较对照组具有显著统计学差异,治疗组治疗后活动受限、疾病影响和总分与对照组比较有显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴贴压可改善COPD患者临床证候和生存质量。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of ear acupeint application therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods： The sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in stationary phases were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （ n = 30） received regular therapies including eliminating sputum, relaxing bronchi, regular nursing care while the therapy group （ n = 30） received regular therapies pulsing ear acupoint application therapy. The clinical symptom, physical sign, the St George＇s respiratory questionnaire （SGRQ） and the pulmonary function were recorded and analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, the limitation of activity, the disease impact and total score of SGRQ in the therapy group were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The ear acupoint application therapy has the effect of markedly improved on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in clinical symptom and quality of life.
