摘要
高血压病(EH)是以动脉血压增高为主要临床表现的疾病,其发病机制比较复杂。各国医学研究者的大量研究表明其机制与血流动力学、血液流变学、肾素—血管紧张素系统(RAS)、钙通道的运转、血管反应性增高和管壁增厚、血管扩张激素、神经肽、胰岛素抵抗等有关。我国利用中医药治疗高血压病历史悠久,特别是现代医学技术与中医学的有机结合研究,为中医药治疗高血压病的发展提供了广阔思路。中医药治疗高血压的途径主要从一下几个环节入手:改变血流动力学和血液流变学机制、对肾素—血管紧张素系统的影响、调节血管活性物质、调控细胞膜钙通道的机能以及抑制胰岛素抵抗等。大量研究展示了中药不仅具有良好的降压效果,而且可通过以上途径对机体进行多环节、多层次、多靶点的整合调节,其科学性和有效性已经被临床实践所证实。
Essential hypertension （EH） is a kind of disease mainly clinical presented as arterial blood pressure increasing, and its happening mechanism is more complicated. Large researches from all the world＇s medical investigators showed that EH mechanism had relationship with hemodynamics, hemorheology, rennin angiotension system （RAS）, calcium channel running, enhanced blood vessel＇s reactivity and thickened blood vessel wall, angio - ectatic hormone, neuropeptide and insulin resistance （IR） ,etc. China has a long history of treating EH with Chinese medicine. Especially ,the combinational research of modem medical technology and traditional Chinese medicine provides the broad thoughts for developing treatment EH with Chinese medicine. The methods of treating EH with Chinese medicine are mainly from following links：to change hemodynamics and hemorheology mechanisms; to affect RAS; to adjust vasoactive substance; to control the function of cell membranes＇calcium channel and to resist IR. Huge research shows that Chinese medicine not only has better effect on lower blood pressure, but also multi -link, multi -level and multi -target integrate and adjust the organism through above methods,and the science and effect of Chinese medicine have been proved by clinical practices.
