摘要
目的:探讨不同来源黄芩提取物解热药效差异;方法:建立干酵母致大鼠发热动物模型,观察不同来源黄芩提取物对发热大鼠直肠温度的影响;结果:不同产地的黄芩提取物(水提、醇提)均表现出明显的解热作用(P<0.05);在整个实验过程中,各个产地的黄芩醇提物均较同产地的水提物表现出较优的解热作用(P<0.05);各个产地的黄芩水提物的解热作用均与临床常用剂量的阿司匹林作用相当(P>0.05);不同产地的黄芩提取物相比较,来自于河北的黄芩醇提物较其它两个产地的醇提物解热作用更有优势(P<0.05)。结论:产地为河北的黄芩醇提物较其它各组提取物表现出明显的解热作用优势。
Objective: Comparing the pharmacodynamics difference of relieving fever function about withdraws of Radix Scutellariae from different originates. Methods:Establish the model's of dry yeast making rat fever;Observation item and method:The mean temperature curve;Maximum height of temperature( ATPC ) ;Thermal response index (TRI12). Results: All withdraws of Radix Scutellariae from different Originates appear conspicuous relieving fever effect( P 〈 0. 05 ). Alcohol extractions have better relieving fever effect than aqueous extractions for same originate ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Aqueous extractions from all originates have same effect with clinical commonly used dosage aspirin( P 〉0. 05 ). The aqueous extraction from Hebei has better effect than aqueous extractions from the other two( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The aqueous extraction of Radix Scutellariae from Hebei has the best relieving fever effect.
