摘要
为提高自卸半挂车的燃油经济性,降低整车整备质量,研制开发了一款新型的后翻式自卸半挂车。利用有限元分析技术,建立了以壳单元为主的车架、车箱有限元模型,对最危险工况下的自卸车结构强度进行计算分析,得出车架及车箱各结构部件的应力分布和位移变形图,通过对计算结果的分析,改善了结构不合理之处,为新产品的系列开发提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the self-dump semi-trailer's fuel economy, and reduce the vehicle's total weight, we developed a new type of rear dump semi-trailer. By using the technology of finite element analysis, we created the shell element-based finite element model for the vehicle's main beam and body, calculated and analyzed the intensity of the dump semi-trailer when it is in the most dangerous working condition, then got the stress distribution and displacement distortion charts of the vehicle main beam and body. And through analyzing the calculation results, we improved the unreasonable structure of the vehicle and supplied plentiful theoretical basis for the new series products' development.
