摘要
建立了某盘式制动器的有限元模型,利用线性弹簧力模拟制动摩擦面间的法向力,摩擦力为线性弹簧力与摩擦因数的乘积。对系统进行复特征值分析,根据复特征根实部为正值判断制动系统产生不稳定性,即发生制动尖叫的倾向。计算结果表明,摩擦系数对系统制动噪声的形成有重要影响,制动噪声发生时系统具有模态耦合的特点。
The entire model of a vehicle disc brake system was established. In the model,the normal force at the contact interface was simulated with a spring depending on the relative normal displacement of contact nodes, and Coulomb's friction law was applied. A finite element analysis of friction motion stability of the model was carried out using the complex eigenvalue method.. If the real part of an eigenvalue is positive, the corresponding mode is unstable, which may result in squeal. The numeric simulation result shows that the friction coefficient play an important part on the occurrence of brake squeal and the system is characterized by modal coupling when squeal occurs.
