摘要
随着全自动生物显微镜的应用越来越广泛,高分辨率显微图像数据量大的问题越来越突出。为了对高分辨率显微图像进行更有效地压缩,针对全自动生物显微镜下图像步进式移动的特点,提出了基于全局运动估计的高分辨率生物显微图像压缩算法、利用H.264的帧内编码、全局运动矢量估计及运动补偿对图像进行压缩。实验结果表明,在图像质量满足观察需要的情况下,高分辨率生物显微图像的压缩比可以达到600倍以上。
Along with the application of automatic biomicroscope more and more extensive, the problem that the high resolution biomicroscopic image involves mass data is more and more outstanding. For compressing more availably to the high resolution, this text proposes an algorithm of high resolution biomicroscopic image compression based on global motion estimation, according to the step by step moving of biomicroscopic image obtained by biomiimage can attain 300 times while the image quality satisfying with observer's demand.
