摘要
科层机制和市场机制都是资源配置的主要方式,传统上企业主要应用科层机制,现代企业开始引入市场机制形成企业内部市场,但什么样的企业应该引入市场机制以及多大程度实施,本文通过建立企业内部市场化收益动态模型进行了深入的分析和探讨。结论指出,内部市场管理机制比较适用于规模较大的企业,能够有助于企业做大做强,有效抑制和减少"大企业病"。
Bureaucratic mechanism and market mechanism are the main ways of resource allocation. Traditionally, enterprises applied the bureaucratic mechanism, and modem enterprises have indraughted market mechanism and formed internal market. But to which enterprises should market mechanism be introduced to and to what extent should it be implemented is still in question. This article made in-depth analysis and probe through establishing a dynamic model of enterprise interior marketization profit. It' s concluded that the in- ternal market mechanism is suitable for large-sized enterprises, which can help them to grow stronger and bigger, and effectively restrict and reduce the "faults of big enterprise".
