乡镇公务员队伍是新农村建设的主导力量,乡镇公务员队伍建设是新农村建设的关键环节。只有充分认识到乡镇公务员队伍建设在新农村建设中的重要性,才会加强乡镇公务员队伍建设,推进新农村建设。
The team of township public servants is the leading force of the new rural construction. The construction of the team is a vital aspect in the new rural construction. Only when the importance of the team building is fully understood, can it be strengthened to promote the new rural construction.
