摘要
在世界金融危机的形势下,大学毕业生就业难已成为全国的普遍性问题。研究及论证解决大学生就业问题,分析现有就业策略,理出一条策略构想——金融危机形势下的大学生就业路径应该是:从调整人才培养结构,从加强大学生就业指导、管理与服务,从鼓励和支持大学生到基层就业以及培养大学生自主创业意识与能力。只有这样,大学生就业制度才能适应社会和经济发展的需要。
Under the situation of world-wide financial crisis, the digiculty of graduate employment has become a common problem of the nation. This paper studied and demonstrated the issue of graduate employment. By analyzing the present employment strategies, it sorted out a strategic idea. The route of the graduate employment under financial crisis should start from adjusting personnel training structure, strengthening graduate employment guide, management and service, encouraging and supporting college students to work in grass roots units and cultivating their awareness and ability of setting up their own business. Only then can graduate employment system meet the requirements of social and economic development.
