对当前国内外形势的正确认识和判断,有利于我们增强信心,克服危机。国际金融危机对广西北部湾经济区的开发已经带来了影响,资金供求矛盾更加突出。因此,要创造条件,加强金融支持,促进广西北部湾经济区的开放开发。
Correct understanding and judgment of current situation help enhance confidence to overcome crisis. The international financial crisis has brought negative impact on the development of Beibu gulf economic zone. In this region, the shortage of funds becomes more serious. Financial support should be enhanced to promote further opening and developing in this economic zone.
