摘要
介绍了“液压模拟实验仪数据自动采集系统”的工作原理和程序设计.该系统由压力传感器、位移传感器、信号前置放大和信号隔离、A/D转换器、微机系统、外部设备及系统软件等部分组成.该系统的研制成功,不仅提高了工作效率,提高了数据的精度和采样频率,而且为液压模拟实验仪的自动控制系统研制奠定了基础.
An automatic acquisition system for data from the hydraulic modeling instrument is developed for the simulation of tectonic deformation. The system is composed of pressure and displacement transducer, signal pre amplifying and isolation circuits, A/D converter, microcomputer and some peripheral devices, specially designed on line monitoring software package and the other parts needed. The working principle of the system and the software design are presented. The successful development of the system made it possible to free the researcher from the elaborate routines and work efficiently. It raised the accuracy of the sampled data and made it more reliable. Furthermore, it provides a research base to realize the automatic control of the hydraulic modeling instrument.
