摘要
"广播电视村村通"工程是农牧区广播电视事业发展的载体,是解决边远山区农牧民群众看不到电视、听不到广播难题的"民心工程"。要因地制宜,探索建立农牧区广播电视公共服务体系,搞好"广播电视村村通"工程建设。
＂Connecting to broadcast and TV in every village＂ engineering is a carrier of developing the broadcast and TV affairs in agricultural and nomadic areas , a ＂moral administration engineering＂ of the party and government to construct public service system in where , a fundamental engineering of the new countryside construction , a ＂beneficial engineering＂ of resolving the problems that the farmers and nomads in remote places can not watch TV and listen to the radio . Therefore , it has to adjust measures to local conditions, explore out and construct a public service system for the broadcast and TV in the agricultural nomadic areas , and deal well with the engineering construction of ＂connecting to broadcast and TV in every village＂ and do well the maintaining and sustaining work .
