摘要
微波密闭消解预处理等离子体原子发射光谱(ICPAES)测定石油化工用催化剂中金属及类金属元素Ni、B、P、Fe、Cu、Co、Mn、Mo、Zn、W及Ag的含量,溶样速度快,易挥发性元素不损失。各元素的回收率在90%~110%,相对标准偏差(n=7)≤10%,实际样品测定的各元素数据与成熟的压力溶弹法相符,能较好地满足工艺要求。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric method was developed to determine metal and metalloid elements of Ni, B, P, Fe, Cu, Co, Mn, Zn, W and Ag in catalysts of amorphous nickel alloys. Samples were digested in closed vessels by a microwave oven without loss of volatile elements. Experimental conditions and the factors affecting determination were discussed. The recoveries of elements were 90%~110% with precision of ≤10% RSD ( n =7 ). The results obtained by proposed method are in good agreement with other routine method.
