摘要
基于GIS理论和方法,运用二次开发技术将MapX控件嵌入到面向对象的开发语言Delphi中,并结合电子地图数据管理方法、视频监控技术以及数据通讯技术,初步实现了边防管理信息系统构建。
The paper based on the GIS theory and the method, utilizes secondary development technologies to control MapX to embed to object-oriented development language Delphi, and combining electronic map data management method, the video frequency monitoring technology as well as the data communication technology, has realized the border defense management information system construction initially.
