摘要
根据动力学理论建立钻柱动力学振动方程。把钻柱看作一个弹性直杆,建立几何模型;通过ANSYS软件分析,得出钻柱纵向振动的特性以及减振器的安放位置对钻柱纵向振动的影响。结果表明,减振器安装适当的位置,可以减少钻柱的纵向振动,从而减少和防止钻柱发生断、刺事故。
Based on dynamic theory, the basis of kinetic theory kinetic drillstring vibration equation is set up. Looked drill string as a straight rod, the geometric model is set up;By ANSYS sofeware's anlysis, the identity of longitudinal vibration of drillstring and effect on longitudinal vibration of drillstring in drifferent emplace of shock absorber are be gotten. The results show that appropriate location of shock absorber can reduce the longitudinal vibration of drillstring in order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of broken, gill accident of drillstring.
