摘要
医院财务管理工作是医院管理的重要组成部分。进入新的世纪以来,国家对于经济体制不断改革和完善,对于医疗体制改革也在不断深化,加强医院财务管理提高医院的总体效益是医院今后生存和可持续发展的必然要求。本文分析了当前医院财务管理中存在的几个主要问题,并提出了相应对策。
The hospital financial control works are the important component of the hospital manages. Since entering the new century, the country unceasingly reformed and consummated the economic system, and also deepened the medical treatment institutional reform. Reinforcing the hospital financial control and improving the hospital population beneficial is the necessary demand of the hospital survival and the sustainable development. This article analyzed several primal problems in current hospital financial control middle, and had brought forward the corresponding countermeasure.
