摘要
本文在地下水开采－水位降落漏斗－地面沉降相关分析的基础上，认为防治太湖平原地面沉降的根本途径在于加强水资源统一规划和管理，加速引用长江水，大力治理水污染，最大限度地压缩地下水开采量。认为以“警戒水位”和“危急水位”作为控制指标，用时空信息系统进行动态管理，是有效的方法。
Based on the correlation analysis of groundwater exploitation cone of the level depression land subsidence,it is considered that,for controlling the land subsidence in Taihu Plane,the basic way is to intensify the unified planning and managemen of water resources to speed up the diversion work from Yangtze River,to control the water pollution,and to decrease the groundwater exploitation as far as possible.It is put forward that by use of the “warning water level” and the “dangerous water level” as the controlling factors, and the temporal spatial information system for the dynamic management of the water resources are the most efficient means.
