摘要
以对江苏及邻区３１个市县防震减灾宣传内容及效果调查为基础，通过对不同层次对象接受的防震减灾宣传内容及所感兴趣的内容与效果的分析，提出以减灾为目的的防震减灾宣传，不应停滞在满足公众安全需要的低层次宣传阶段，应重视具有长效应的内容与效果的统一，切实为增强全民防震减灾意识服务。
おased on the investigation for propaganda content and effect of seismic protection and reduction disaster in 31 cities and counties of Jiangsu province and adjacent area, through analysis of propaganda content and effect of seismic protection and reduction disaster accepted and problems insterested by the different class of publics, it is shown that this propaganda should not be stayed at a low class level satisfying public safe request, and particular emphasis should be located at the union of content and efficience of long time effect in order to enhance the consciousness of seismic protection and reduction disaster for all people.
