摘要
目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳治疗方法及可行性。方法对施行保乳手术治疗的106例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果中位随访53个月,5年生存率93.88%,局部复发率5.10%;美容评价优良率85.71%。结论对有保乳意愿、符合保乳条件早期乳癌患者,可进行保乳治疗,但需术后放化疗辅助。保乳手术结合术后综合治疗可达到治疗目的和满足美容需求。
Objective To discuss the experience of breast--conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Method 106 patients with early breast cancer treated with breast--conserving surgery were analyed. Result 5 year survival rate 93.88%, partial recurrence rate 5.10%; Cosmetology appraisal fine rate waw 85.71%. Conclusion It is effect to treat early breast cancer with breast--conserving surgery.
