摘要
目的研究睫状神经营养因子基因rs2515362位点在杰出运动员和非运动员中的单核苷酸多态性,并测定运动员的临床生化指标,看它们在rs2515362位点的不同基因型运动员之间有无统计学差异。方法设计针对rs2515362位点的引物合成,然后将它与其它基因的SNP位点一起用Bakeman的GenomeLab SNPstream基因分型系统进行高通量检测。结果得到了121个运动员和232个非运动员rs2515362位点的多态性,经过统计学分析发现rs2515362位点在运动员和非运动员组中的AA、AG和GG三种基因型频率有统计学差异(χ2=13.9805,P=0.0009),A和G两种等位基因频率也有统计学差异(χ2=12.0080,P=0.0005),且AA、AG和GG三种不同基因型的运动员的生化指标Alp、Cr、Ca、TP、GGT、Cl、CO2和Alb也存在统计学差异。结论睫状神经营养因子基因rs2515362位点的单核苷酸多态性与运动能力有关,且不同基因型运动员之间其生化指标Alp、Cr、Ca、TP、GGT、Cl、CO2和Alb也存在统计学差异。
Objective To study the single nucleotide polymorphisms of rs2515362 in CNTF gene between elite athletes and non-athletes and analyze the indexes of clinical biochemistry. Method 121 elite athletes and 232 non-athletes were genotyped by GenomeLab SNPstream genotyping system. Some indexes of clinical biochemistry were determined with HITACHI7600 automatic analyzer. Results The three Genotype Frequency of rs2515362 was statistical difference between athletes and non-athletes(x^2 = 13. 9805 ,P=0. 0009). The alle frequency of A and G was statistical difference(x^2 =12. 0080,P=0. 0005). The indexes of clinical biochemistry(Alp,Cr,Ca,TP,GGT,CL,CO2 and Alb) of the AA, AG and GG were statistical difference. Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphisms of CNTF is associated with sport ability of people. The indexes of clinical biochemistry of athletes with different genotype are different.
