摘要
目的观察咽喉清口含片的抗炎镇痛效应。方法二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓炎症模型观察咽喉清口含片的抗炎效应和热板法和热水缩尾法疼痛模型观察咽喉清口含片的镇痛效应。结果咽喉清口含片对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀及耳廓毛细血管通透性增加具有显著抑制作用（P〈0．01），可延长热板所致小鼠舔后足反应的潜伏期（P〈0．05）及热水所致小鼠缩尾潜伏期（P〈0．05）。结论咽喉清口含片具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objictive To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Yanhougqing Buccal Tables （YHQBT） among animal models based on an experimental study. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of YHQBT was observed through the mouse models with experimental auriclula swelling induced by application of xylene, while the analgesic effect of this herbal preparation was assayed via the procedures of hot-plate and tail-curling test among mice. Results With the application of YHQBT, significantly reduced were the auricular swollen degree and capillary permeability among mouse models induced by xylene （P〈0.01）, and markedly prolonged were the delitescence of foot-licking （P〈0.05） induced by hot plate procedure and that of tail-curling reaction,indu.ced by hot water test. （P〈0,05） when compared with that of controls. Conclusion Yanhougqing Buccal Tables can give rise significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on throat lesions.
