摘要
在沉降炉上进行了掺加粉煤灰提高生石灰烟气脱硫率的实验。实验表明:生石灰掺加粉煤灰和消石灰掺加粉煤灰一样可以提高气体脱硫率和脱硫剂钙利用率。这种作用与反应温度有关,反应温度为550-700℃时效果最好。同时也研究了粉煤灰与生石灰掺混方式对气体脱硫率和脱硫剂钙利用率的影响。

The experiment on enhancing SO2 removal rate was made by using the mixture of calcined lime with pulverized-coal ash in a drop-tube furnace.The ecperiment shows that the mixture of calcined lime with pulverized-coal ash,liking the mixture of hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 with pulverixed-coal ash,can enhance the SO2 removal rate and the calcium usability of the calcium based sorbant. The effect correlates with reaction temperature. The best results can be achieved when the reaction temperature ranges from 550℃ to 700℃. The effect of the mixing ways of calcined lime with pulverized-coal ash on the SO2 removal rate and the calcium usability of the calcium based sorbent is also researched.
