摘要
针对X1K型集装箱专用平车现有空重车自动调整装置因转向架结构所限,信号传递机构复杂的现状,经调查、论证提出新的空重车自动调整装置的改造方案。设计新的CZ-1型称重阀,改用X-A型限压阀。介绍称重阀的作用原理,结构特点及性能试验和装车试验结果,结果表明该称重阀达到设计要求,经技术审查,可以装车运用。
The paper intrtroduces new technical transformation plan of empty and load brake equipment through investigating and demonstration. It is limited because X1K type special container flat cars truck structure and complex signal transfer mechanism. Weighing valve is designed and X - A type pressure limited valve is used. The paper introduces principle of weighing valve, structure characteristics, performance experiment and loading experiment results. The results show that weighing valve performances reach the design requirements and it can be applified by the technical examination.
