摘要
本文在分析企业人力资源管理信息系统的开发现状、发展趋势以及系统目标的基础上,重点研究了企业人力资源管理可视化动态决策支持系统的动态决策模型和可视化实现技术等关键问题,并给出了一种基于B/S结构的企业人力资源管理可视化动态决策支持系统的设计方案,为下一步实现该系统提供技术基础。
Based on the analysis of development trend and system objective of human resource management information system, this paper discusses the key issues of dynamic decision model and visualization technology of enterprise human resourse management visualization and dynamic decision support system, then gives a design method of this system based on B/S structure. It provides technical basis for the next step of realizing the system.
