摘要
选用强酸型阳离子交换树脂在一定条件下分离富集水中的微量钪,以钪-钙-茜素红(Sc-Ca-ARS)异多核红色配合物显色反应、分光光度法测定。采用柠檬酸-抗坏血酸作掩蔽剂消除干扰。钪在0~05mg/L范围内呈线性关系。该法应用于水中微量钪的测定,快速、准确、灵敏、简便、效果良好。
Micro amounts of scandium can be enriched with strong acidic cation exchange resin,and then determined spectrophotometrically as a red hetero_polynuclear complex of Sc and Ca with alizarin red S. Interference can be eliminated with citric_ascorbic acids as sequestering agents.The linear range for scandium is 0~05 mg·L-1.The method is rapid,simple and sensitive.It can be applied to the determination of micro amounts of scandium in water.
